Four rules, every job.
The same rules apply to research, deliverables, simulations and audio.

Pay per token of work
The AI work behind each job is measured as it runs, and you're charged for what it used. No timesheets, no retainers.

Credits: 1 credit = $0.10
You buy credits in advance through secure checkout, and every charge draws from that balance.

See the price, then approve it
Each job shows its price and a maximum before it runs. Above your own limit, a colleague approves it, and large jobs ask you to sign in again first.

A hold, never more
Approving holds the maximum. You're charged what the job used, never more than the hold, and the rest is released.

Credits are held at the maximum you approve until you close the survey, or after 90 days. A live meeting is charged in started 15-minute blocks. If you cancel, you pay for what was used.

No surprise invoices.
- Prices expireA price is valid for 15 minutes. Ask again and you get a fresh one.
- ApprovalsAbove your own automatic limit, another authorized person in your organization approves the job. You can't approve your own job above your limit.
- Confirm it's youA job that holds 500 credits or more (the default, which owners can change) asks for a fresh sign-in before it runs.
- Holds and the maximumApproving holds the maximum. You're charged what the job used, never more than the hold, and what's left is released.
- If a job failsUnused credits are released. Where the price says so, completed steps may be charged, never more than the hold.
- Everything on recordThe Charges page shows what ran, who asked for it and approved it, and how much of each hold was charged or released.
- Guests and spendingGuests can't spend credits unless an owner or admin gives them a spending limit.
